Description

Situated 200m from the town of Les Sables d'Olonne and its shops, close to the Presidents' beach, the Grande Plage, the Embankment, the Thalasso, the Casino des Pins, the town centre and the Casino des Atlantes. Stay in this pleasant family guest room comprising a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a small bedroom with a 90cm bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free Wi-Fi connection available on request. An excellent breakfast is served on the veranda, in complete tranquillity. A small kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plates and cutlery is also available for simple meals. The terrace overlooks a beautifully landscaped communal garden. You can also enjoy the vegetable garden and fruit trees. Free parking inside the property throughout your stay with electric gate. Small dogs allowed by prior arrangement. In high season, from 1 July to 15 September, a minimum stay of 3 nights is accepted. In low season for the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is accepted. Numerous cycle paths for beautiful walks between sea, forest and marsh.
