Description

In the heart of the great natural site of the Marais Poitevin, this charming holiday home has been tastefully decorated and fitted out in a former stable adjoining the owners' house, while preserving the privacy of each guest. The ground floor comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge/living area, shower room and separate toilet. On the mezzanine floor with a passageway, there is an 11 m2 bedroom with two 90cm beds and an 11 m2 bedroom with a 160cm bed. The price includes beds made up on arrival. Large, fully enclosed garden overlooking the countryside with swimming pool shared with the owners, kept at a pleasant temperature from June to September. Children's swing in the garden.
