This cosy 2000s chalet is in a hamlet of 5 others, occupied by charming neighbours, most of whom are year-round residents, so you can enjoy a pleasant, peaceful stay. There is a 400m outdoor space all around and a very pleasant terrace to the side with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue. After climbing a few steps, you reach a small balcony, very comfortable for breakfast or other and enter the chalet with a capacity of 4 people (2 adults - 2 children). Newly fitted kitchen with utensils and appliances: fridge, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, crepe maker, table, chairs and sideboard. Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140-200cm) with storage chest and wardrobe - the other with bunk beds (90-200cm) and wardrobe.
