Located at 10 km from Annecy (also called the Venice of the Alps) and its lake, this charming chalet (55 m2) completely idependent, offers a magnificent view on mountains. It can welcome up to 6 persons. Ideally situated for holidays in all seasons : discovery of Annecy, its canals, its old town and lake, hiking in mountains, 30 km from alpine ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, 20 km from nordic ski resort of the "Plateau des Glières", various activities all over the year and for all the family.
