Our charming house is located in the commune of Santec in a small, very quiet lane 150 m from a large, beautiful sandy beach, ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking and walking, and 500 m from all the local shops (bakery, grocery shop, pharmacy, newsagent, etc.). The GR 34 footpath passes 50 m from the house.
