Description
Perfectly located for doing everything on foot, this flat is in a small, secure residence close to the main beach and the shops in the Saint Pierre district, a typical area with the Arago market and its fresh produce nearby, as well as the shops in the Presidents district. Make the most of your holiday by leaving your car in the garage and doing everything on foot: going to the beach, to the Remblai, enjoying the summer entertainment, strolling along the seafront and cycling along the cycle paths. This flat is on the 2nd and top floor without a lift. It is spacious and very bright, with a living room opening onto a balcony not overlooked by the sea, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a bathroom and a separate WC with a small washbasin - Internet connection included. Possibility of weekend rental (except June, July, August and school holidays) only on reservation 8 days in advance from 2 nights 300 euros and 50 euros for an additional night or 350 euros for 3 nights and 400 euros for 4 nights and the price of the week from 5 nights. (You will be welcomed by the owners)
