It is accessed via a stone staircase that has retained all its old-world charm. The entrance leads to the spacious, perfectly fitted kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay and tantalise your taste buds. All the appliances are brand new. You can then move on to the lounge/dining room, which is large enough to accommodate all occupants: A lounge area with a large flat-screen TV and a high-quality sofa-bed. A dining area with a large wooden table. A work area with a small desk. Behind the kitchen is the large shower room, with a large shower cubicle, washbasin, washing machine and toilet. Access to the first floor is via a wooden staircase. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (90cm), a wooden cot and two chest of drawers. The second bedroom, with its double bed (140cm) and wardrobe, can accommodate two people. You'll be delighted by the peace and quiet of the outside area, where you can relax on the sun loungers or garden furniture, enjoying a delicious barbecue to the murmur of the little stream that flows past the edge of the park. The flat has its own private car park and courtyard. Pretin is 5 minutes from Salins les Bains, 10 minutes from Arbois and its vineyards, and nestles in the heart of a valley at an altitude of 366m. The Jura is also a multitude of activities and discoveries! The house is located in a small street with only two houses.
