Our gîte is situated at the entrance to the village of Lisle sur Tarn (a 13th-century bastide situated between Albi and Toulouse in south-west France's Occitanie region, in the heart of the Gaillacois vineyards), accessible via exit 8 of the A68 motorway linking Albi and Toulouse, in a residential area with garage, private parking and enclosed wooded garden, near the lake, municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and children's play area, close to the shops in the centre and a supermarket near the municipal lake where you can fish. This detached gîte comprises: entrance, living room (32 m2, two sofas, television, library, board games, fireplace with woodburner), kitchen (12 m2, ceramic hob, microwave, oven), pantry (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, cupboards), 3 bedrooms (10 m2 each, 3 double beds, desk in one of them) with cupboards, 1 shower room (recent Italian shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, washbasin), separate WC. Reversible air conditioning. Sheets, towels and household linen for hire on request. Cleaning service optional. Fenced outdoor area of 970 m2 planted with trees, terrace (35 m2) with garden furniture, 4 deckchairs, parasol, barbecue. Smoking is not permitted inside the gîte. Parties are not permitted. Minimum stay 7 nights. Weekday arrivals accepted except during school holidays. Please contact the owner. Pets accepted if well behaved and small. 1. 20€ deposit per pet required. Nous habitons à environ 2 km de notre gîte et sommes présents la plupart du temps pour vous accueillir. Il suffit de nous prévenir par texto, la veille, de l'heure approximative d'arrivée et le jour même, après la pause de midi, en fonction de la circulation. De plus, une boîte à clé est à votre disposition près de la porte d'entrée et je vous donne le code, le jour même, par texto. Ce jour-là, nous vous faisons visiter la maison et sommes à votre disposition pour toute question concernant le logement et les activités possibles à faire dans la région. Nous relevons le compteur d'électricité afin d'évaluer en fin de séjour votre consommation. Les lits sont faits pour ceux qui ont choisi la location de draps.
