Description
Completely renovated fisherman's cottage with all modern comforts and completely new fittings and furnishings. Approx. 80 m2, located on the heights of the port of St Goustan in Auray. On the ground floor, you'll find a brand-new, fully-equipped designer kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob), a dining area and a living room with an 80cm flat-screen TV, sofa and footstool. On this same level, there is also a room with a WC and a washbasin fitted with a storage unit and a mirror, which also houses the washing machine. There is also a storage cupboard. On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms, a mezzanine and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed (new bedding) and two chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single bunk beds (90 x 200), a third mattress (drawer) and a chest of drawers. A staircase leads from this bedroom to the mezzanine, which has a single bed (90 x 200). All the bedding is new. If you choose to hire sheets, the beds will be made up on arrival. The bathroom has two washbasins, a walk-in shower and a WC. This house is situated in a quiet location on the heights of St Goustan, a stone's throw from the many restaurants in the harbour and close to Auray town centre and shops. The typical village of St Goustan is ideally located in the Gulf of Morbihan, 22 km from Vannes and 15 km from the ocean beaches.
