Nestling at the foot of the Mont d'Arrée, the Bleun-Brug gîte offers peace, quiet and open spaces. In the heart of a small village, the gîte welcomes you to its cosy nest with old-world charm. Ideally located for visiting the parish enclosures, the Armorique Nature Park, hiking (close to the GR34) and various water sports on the Lac du Drennec, 15 minutes away. Shops 3 minutes away and beaches less than 30 minutes away. Detached house: sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds), WIFI Internet, bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, 1 towel and 1 bath sheet available, living room-kitchen, 1 shower room, 2 separate WCs, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, oven and microwave, TV, wood-burning stove, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, private garden and parking. Weekly rates (excluding tourist tax) 430 € : In low season. 500 € : Mid season. 580 € : In high season. End-of-stay cleaning: 60€ (Optional) Electricity charges are included up to a maximum of 8 kwh/day, beyond which the supplement will be invoiced at the current rate based on actual consumption. A meter reading will be taken by the owner in the presence of the tenant on arrival and departure. Each additional kwh will be charged at the rate of 0.24€/KWh from the 57th kwh consumed.
