This modern and bright holiday home is located 300m from the sea, in a quiet dead-end of the seaside resort of Portbail. All activities (shops, hiking trails, water sports, horse riding, golf. . . ) are nearby. On the ground floor: a beautiful fitted kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob. . . ) open to the living room, a living room with corner sofa and TV/DVD player, a bedroom (bed 160) with its private bathroom (Italian shower), library provided, separate toilets, a scullery and a garage (where the washing machine is located) On the first floor: 3 independent bedrooms (bed 160, 140 and 2 beds of 90), a bathroom with double basin, separate toilets. Outside: a large enclosed garden surrounding a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Marie-Christine et Michel Gaillard proposent 2 locations sur ce site. Une dans le Cotentin à Port-Bail-sur-Mer, et un chalet en Savoie, dans la station de La Plagne. La maison de Portbail convient parfaitement à une famille avec enfants, maison au calme, proche de la plage avec un grand jardin. Le chalet situé à La Plagne-Centre à proximité des pistes est adapté aux skieurs l'hiver et aux familles avec enfants l'été.
