This holiday home is part of a group of 6 cottages located on the Ferme du Gros Mont, a 7 hectare property by the sea in Auderville. The Customs path, which runs along the property, leads to the famous Ecalgrain beach. Le Prinseux (translate "The Press"), has an independent entrance and terrace. The garden, shared with the other cottages, is dotted with apple trees and offers games for children and adults (table tennis, swings. . . ) as well as a picnic table, barbecue and deckchairs for each cottage. Chickens and rabbits will be your holiday companions. On the ground floor you will find the large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the first floor, a living room and lounge (TV) with fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment. . . ). The view of the garden and the Goury lighthouse from the kitchen is a real treat for the eyes. On the second floor under the attic, a first bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 3 single beds both offer a view of the lighthouse. Bedlinen (10€/person) can be rented on request.
