Enjoy the ideal location for your holiday in this pretty house in the heart of the village of La Guérinière, in the centre of the Ile de Noirmoutier. The house has a living room with fireplace, a separate fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a storeroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a dressing room, a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), as well as a mezzanine with a double bed (140cm), a shower room and a toilet. The mezzanine has a ceiling height of less than 1.80 metres. You'll love the wooden terrace with garden furniture, ideal for sunny summer days, overlooking the 372m2 fenced garden planted with trees. Finally, take advantage of the proximity of the Cantine beach, just 250 m from the house, and the shops just a stone's throw away!
