Description

Very well located flat in a quiet residence with garden and direct, private path to the corniche and the beach. To make a reservation without service charge, please contact me directly (key: contact the owner) No need to take the car, everything is accessible on foot and in 5 minutes: the town centre with its many shops, its covered market and its large Friday market, the walled city (free open-air concerts in its amphitheatre in summer), its beaches, and of course the port with its departures for the Glénan Islands. Flat on 2nd floor with lift (sleeps 4), 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room with washing machine, separate WC, living room, separate kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer, oven and microwave), TV, WiFi internet access, balcony with garden furniture, sun lounger, communal garden, private garage. Additional information for the bedrooms: 1st bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm) with wardrobe 2nd bedroom: 2 x 90 cm beds (which can be combined to form a 180 cm bed) with chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Supplements Cleaning charge (optional): €40 Linen hire (optional): €15/bed Towel hire (optional): 5 €/person Heating and hot water are produced by a gas boiler. The rental includes 5m3 of gas per day, which more than covers your hot water needs. For periods when heating is required and depending on your comfort level, this 5m3 consumption may be insufficient. In this case, we charge the additional m3 at a rate of 1€/m3.
