Charming Breton house with all modern comforts, renovated in an old, completely independent farmhouse. Ideally located less than 4 minutes from the beaches, 3 km from the town centre, 20 minutes from the medieval town of Quimper, 15 minutes from the small town of Locronan and 40 minutes from the Pointe du Raz and the Crozon peninsula. The islands of Sein and Glénan are also nearby and can be visited in a day. Ground floor: living room-kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
