Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the commune of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, 1km from the centre of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and the SNCF train station, 800m from the pier for Ile d'Yeu and Boisvinet beach, this holiday home invites you to relax; On one level, it comprises a living room of 38 m2, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm-wide bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm-wide beds that can be joined together to form a 180 cm-wide bed accessible to people with reduced mobility and a bedroom with 1 160 cm-wide bed and a 80 cm-wide bed. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and WCs. All set in 500 m2 of land. Parking for 2 cars in front of the house. You'll love the location, close to a host of amenities, including a multiplex aquatic centre, shops, bars and restaurants. During the February, April and All Saints' holidays, you can rent this accommodation for a minimum of two nights. Short stay: towels not provided.
