Located close to the heart of Ax Les Thermes, you'll be 200 metres from the gondola lift for quick access to the Bonascre/Ax 3 Domaines ski resort, and a 5-minute walk from the town centre market square, shops, cinema, casino and the Couloubret spa and leisure centre. Accessible by cable car from Ax-Les-Thermes, the Ax 3 Domaines / Bonascre resort, with its 38 runs at an altitude of between 1400 and 2400 m, is the 3rd largest ski area in the French Pyrenees, and also boasts a Snowpark, a Freeride area and a snowshoeing and ski touring area. Just 3km from Ax, the Chioula ski area offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledging and dog-sledding in a natural setting, while the small resort of Ascou-Pailhères offers downhill skiing in a family atmosphere. Just 30km from Ax, the Plateau de Beilles also offers cross-country skiing and dog-sledding in its vast Nordic area. You'll also be 30 km from the Pas de Case in Andorra for tax-free shopping and the Grandvalira ski area.
