Description

Apartment of 30 m² with a beautiful view of the sea and the Chausey Islands from the loggia (covered balcony), in a quiet residence with elevator (3rd floor), in Donville les Bains (near Granville). Located 200 m from the beach and close to the thalassotherapy center (5mn walk). The equipped kitchenette (microwave grill, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. . . ) overlooks the living/living room cosy (sofa bed, TV, Wifi) and bright thanks to the loggia and its sea view. You will find a large shower in the shower room as well as the washing machine. The toilets are independent. The small room offers a sleeping 140/190 as well as a wardrobe/closet. A pantry is available on the landing to store beach articles, bicycles or a stroller! A cot and a highchair can be provided on request. A garage is reserved for rental (5€/day - electric car charging possible) socket PC16A+T. Wifi by fiber. Rent of sheets (15€/bed) and towels (10€/person) on request. Housekeeping service is extra (35€) as well as electricity/heating. Tourist tax in addition. Heating included. Deposit 250€.
