A 5 minute walk from the beach of Cabourg and close to the shops, private house for 4 people located in residential area. The house is surrounded by a tree-lined and enclosed garden. Private parking space in the property and garage for a small city car. Access to the house by stairs. House with a kitchen equipped with utensils, gas, oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, coffee maker, espresso, kettle, water fountain, toaster, round table, four chairs. Dining table and 6 chairs ,buffet; living room, flat screen, DVD, radio; south-facing veranda, small round table and four rattan armchairs, bench, two comfortable. Two bedrooms with a two-person bed (150X200) and wardrobe ;d bathrooms (bathtub and italian shower in the basement;wc separated with hand washes. Equipment for housekeeping in closet entrance with brooms, vacuum cleaner. Washing machine, iron and ironing table in the basement. Garden furniture: round table and armchairs ,2 sunbeds and mattresses for sunbathing. Barbecue. Baby umbrella bed.

Our family home is located just a stone's throw from the sea in Cabourg. It offers an ideal setting, with an enclosed garden planted with trees, for a pleasant stay in a residential area close to the town centre and shops. Nearby you'll find the Aquilon park with its tree climbing course for children, the Thalazur thalassotherapy centre, the Aqua Diva aqualudic centre and many other leisure activities.
