The 160 m² house, completely renovated, welcomes you for holidays or weekends in a relaxing setting in the heart of the Normandy bocage, 2 km from the village with local shops (bakery, butcher's, grocer's) and 10 km from Vire. There is a small enclosed garden. Ground floor: living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen and WC. First floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and a study area with a single bed. Bedroom 1: 1 x 140 cm bed Bedroom 2: 2 x 90 cm beds Bedroom 3: 1 x 140 cm bed with en-suite shower room Bedroom 4: 1 x 140 cm bed and 1 children's bed (up to 4/5 years) Office area: 1 x 90 cm bed Baby cot, bath and changing table available. Cleaning products are available. Optional cleaning service: €50 Optional sheet hire: €14 per bed (dry cleaning) Optional bathroom linen hire including a bath sheet, towel and glove: €5 per person. Tourist tax to be paid on arrival The house is ideally situated between Mont Saint Michel and the D-Day landing beaches, as well as being close to the Souleuvre Viaduct, Jurques Zoo, Champrepus Zoo, Lac de la Dathée and the Saint Sever forest. It is also 50 km from the Bayeux Tapestry and the Caen Memorial. Granville is 40 km away.
