Come and discover GUIDEL in southern Morbihan. A town by the sea with its marina, water sports, beaches and coastline, and a town in the countryside with its walking trails. In a former holiday centre, our 50m2 gîte is situated in a private, wooded and peaceful setting just 1.5 km from the beaches and 2 km from the village with its shops and Sunday morning market. Ideal for holidays, the house is on one level and has an enclosed garden with a private terrace and private parking. There is a bus stop close to the house for direct access to the beaches or Lorient. The gîte comprises : - Living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen (opening onto a large terrace and landscaped garden). If you wish, we can add 1 table and chairs in this area. - 1 shower room - 1 separate WC - 1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed - 1 bedroom with mezzanine bed. Possibility of 2 beds: 140x190 + 90x190 - Travel light with baby! Cot and high chair available on loan, as well as toilet booster seat. - WIFI internet access / TV box. - Books for parents and games and books for children available. - 120 m2 enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture, 1 woodland table with parasol, 1 barbecue, 1 garden shed. - 2 adult bicycles available - 1 private parking space. - We provide cleaning products for the dishwasher and washing machine (as required for your stay). - Possibility of hiring bed linen (15€ / bed) as well as towels and tea towels (10€ / person). We provide 2 tea towels and 2 hand towels for each stay. If you stay with us for more than a week, you will not be charged for sheets and household linen. - Optional cleaning charge of €40. - 30% deposit on booking. The balance on arrival. - A deposit of €400 is required, which will be returned to you on departure unless damage or poor condition of the house is noted, - Rental from Saturday to Saturday except during school holidays.
