This magnificent family villa, typical of the seaside, is located on the Corniche Vendéenne. Renovated, its 1920s architecture has retained its charm and authenticity. The 48 m² living room is bright and airy. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and opens onto a magnificent glass roof, a veritable winter garden. The south-facing balcony boasts stunning sea views, as does the master bedroom upstairs. The second bedroom has a private shower room and the 3rd is ideal for children. On the ground floor, there is a large 26 m² room accessible from the outside, as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a linen room. The garden to the rear of the house offers peace and quiet in the shade of the large trees (Réf Quatre Vents).
