Situated on the Pink Granite Coast, more precisely in Trélévern, this flat on the first floor of a beautiful detached house, formerly the village forge, is close to the beaches of kériec (900m) and Trestel (1500m). Another gîte has been located on the ground floor since this year. As the well-being of our tenants is our main concern, we have thought as much as possible about the layout and the freedom of each person, and each gîte retains its independence. This gîte is located on the first floor and comprises a large, functional kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor fan), a beautiful lounge with 101 cm TV, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), a shower room (double washbasin unit, 100x80 shower, 7 kg washing machine and 7 kg tumble dryer), a WC and a cupboard. Upstairs are two bedrooms (two single beds 90x190, 1 double bed 140x190 and 1 double bed) and a WC.
