A chalet, a little fisherman's cottage... L'Émeraude is an atypical holiday rental with lots of charm, ideally located in the heart of the JURA lakes region (Vouglans, Clairvaux, Chalain, ...) in Pont-de-Poitte (right next to the port of La Saisse and the famous Marmites) and just a stone's throw from the mountains. Set back a little from the village, in a peaceful area, L'émeraude can accommodate up to 5 people in excellent conditions of comfort. It has a lovely living room with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with flat-screen TV, DVD player and Orange TV. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 90 cm and 140 cm bunk beds. Bed linen, towels and household linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Baby kit (cot, high chair, bath ring, changing mat) free on request. The general decoration is neat and light. You'll also find a bathroom with shower, where soap is provided free of charge, and a separate WC. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available. L'émeraude also has air conditioning for hot weather, free Wi-Fi and a fixed telephone line (see conditions with the owner). Outside, there is a lovely shaded terrace (awning) where you can enjoy the fresh air. There is a petanque court in the enclosed grounds of L'Émeraude. You can also park your car easily and store a boat in complete safety. Lastly, a storage room adjoining the rental accommodation is available for storing equipment (bicycles, fishing rods, hiking equipment, skis, canoes, etc.). You'll also find a barbecue, a few outdoor games including Molkky, and deckchairs and sun loungers.
