Description
This recently-built holiday rental enjoys a very pleasant location: 300m from the beach at La Martinière, 500m from the village, yet quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house has a kitchen opening onto the dining room, a lounge, and a ground-floor bedroom with a 140x200 bed and en suite shower room. The staircase then leads upstairs to a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a children's bedroom with 3 90cm beds (including a pull-out bed), and a shower room. The living room opens directly onto the bamboo-lined pergola terrace, which provides shade in summer and shelter on overcast days. There is also a fully enclosed green space.
