Situated in a quiet area of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, this holiday villa has a large enclosed garden with garden furniture, a relax area, an awning, an electric grill and a wooden barbecue. On one level, it comprises a living room with television, a fitted kitchen opening onto the outside, two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, plus a shower room and separate WC. Private parking is available at the entrance to the house, and pets are welcome under certain conditions. Close to the shops and Sion beach, you'll find a wide choice of activities to enjoy and discover the town of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez and the surrounding area, the seaside resort of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie with its large beach and night market in summer, the many cycle paths along the coast, the forest by bike, the pier to the Ile d'Yeu for a great day out, Noirmoutier en l'Ile, passage du Gois......
