In the countryside yet only 800 metres from all the shops (large hypermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.), you can also, if you like walking, walk up a wooded path to the historic centre of Sarlat from the house. A private property nestling on a hillside, with 5 hectares of meadows, low dry-stone terraces and forest, of which you will be the sole occupants. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the aromatic herbs and small gatherings in the "curé garden". This house has been completely renovated and furnished in keeping with its character, and will charm you with its authenticity and comfort. It is spread over two floors and comprises 4 bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a dining room, as well as two bathrooms with WC. Full baby equipment on request (no extra charge): cot with slatted base and mattress, pillow and duvet, high chair, bath, toilet seat and step. Extras: piano, trampoline, board games, library.
