The Maison du Phare is located between 300m and 800m near the beaches, for sunbathing, for kite surfing, fishing, the market, shops, the bus stop (free in the village), and cycle paths ... Access to La Rochelle by bus or car in 15 minutes. Visit the most beautiful villages of Ré La Blanche, La Flotte en Ré, classified as the most beautiful village in France, by the sea with a medieval market and a pretty typical port, offers many activities during the summer. You have access to all the cycle paths on the island. Many oyster farmers offer their production for tasting. Close to the Abbaye des Chateliers and the Fort de la Pré built by Vauban.

To get to Rivedoux-Plage by car on the Île de Ré, it’s easy: simply head to La Rochelle, then follow the signs for the Île de Ré and cross the toll bridge. Recommended route - From La Rochelle: follow the signs for ‘Île de Ré’ and ‘Pont de l’Île de Ré’. - From the A10 motorway, Paris, Niort or Bordeaux: head to La Rochelle via the routes indicated, then follow the signs for Île de Ré. - After the bridge: you’ll arrive directly in Rivedoux-Plage, the first village on the island. The bridge is approximately 2.9 km long. From the centre of La Rochelle, the journey usually takes 15 to 25 minutes in light traffic, depending on your starting point and exact destination. Practical information - The toll applies only on the outward journey for motor vehicles.
