This charming single-storey house comprises a large living room with cathedral ceiling opening onto a fitted kitchen on one side and the lounge on the other. The living room opens onto a partially covered terrace and 1200 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees and overlooking the pine forest. In one part of the house, you will find 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms each with a 160cm bed and one with three 90cm beds), as well as a recently refurbished shower room with walk-in shower, thermostatic tap and toilet. In the second part of the house, you will find a storeroom/laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a separate shower room and toilet. The house is located 700 metres from the beach ‘la légère’, which is accessible via a forest path.
