Description

Stay in this well-equipped holiday home in the typical village of l'Herbaudière in the north-west of the island of Noirmoutier. It's ideally situated around 600 m from the village with its shops, the fishing and yachting harbour and the beaches of Luzeronde, Les Lutins and La Linière. The location is ideal for exploring the island on foot or by bike, taking advantage of the fine sandy beaches and fishing on foot. This house comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen and sitting area with sofa and widescreen TV, a bedroom with 1 x 140 x 200 bed (new bedding) and random TV reception, a bedroom with 2 x 80 x 200 beds (new bedding) and random TV reception, and a shower room with WC. There is a front garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a rear garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, a clothes line and a parking space on the property. Free shuttle bus in summer. Electric car terminal at the bus station to the town centre. Wifi internet access.
