Discover the Vendée with a stay in this pleasant family home in a peaceful setting at La Grière, 350m from the beach at Ste Anne! Sleeping 7 people, this 70s house was completely refurbished in 2015 and features a living room, dining room and open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden. The sleeping area comprises a through bedroom with a double bed (140cm) leading to a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There are also two other bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 1 bunk bed (90cm), as well as a second shower room with shower and wc. Outside, there is a pleasant enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and garage for storing bikes and other beach equipment. Parking is also available in the grounds. The house is just 350 m from the beach, 1.5 km from the seasonal shops at La Grière and 4 km from the centre of La Tranche-Sur-Mer. Free WIFI. Pets not allowed.
