Description

Spacious single-storey house with two bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is ideally located in La Grière, just 200m from the beach, around 1km from the seasonal shops and 4km from the town centre. The rental consists of a beautiful bright living room opening onto a kitchen open onto the lounge/living room with the possibility of separating part of the living room to make a bedroom with a 140cm bz and a 90cm bed. The first bedroom has a 140cm bed and the second bedroom has a 140cm bed. There is also a shower room and separate WC. Outside, a small garage is available for storing your bikes and beach equipment. There is a sandy enclosed garden with a lovely terrace and garden furniture, as well as a barbecue and pergola. Parking is available in the grounds. Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. Optional extras: bed and bathroom linen hire, baby equipment and end-of-stay cleaning (subject to availability).
