Description
This single-storey house, located in a quiet area of La Faute Sur Mer, comprises a living room opening onto an open-plan fitted kitchen and a large conservatory overlooking the enclosed, unoverlooked garden. There are two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, as well as a separate toilet and a shower room with walk-in shower. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue, an awning and garden furniture with sun loungers. There are two private parking spaces, one of which is enclosed. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. Additional services on request: hire of sheets, towels and baby equipment. Hire of 4G wifi box available: €40/week. Ref : MAIS 028
