This pleasant cottage for 2 to 4 people is located on the Emerald Coast in Saint Lunaire, 3 km from the beaches of Saint Briac sur Mer and 6 km from Dinard. Entirely on one level, you will find: - a living room with fitted kitchen, dining and sleeping area (divant - 2X 90cmx140cm pull-out bed) with direct access to the terrace - a bathroom - WC - an independent bedroom with a bed fitted with a 160 cm mattress, giving access to the terrace Outside, you will enjoy the fully enclosed garden and the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. A private parking space is dedicated to the gîte. Pets accepted on request and subject to conditions.
