The renovated house "Ty Bor an Aod" is situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac facing the sea (50m) in a quiet location just 2 minutes' walk from a large beach. It offers excellent comfort and is ideally placed for visiting the Pays Bigouden and the Pointe du Raz... All local shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. Detached single-storey house for 6 people: Ground floor: Fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee machine, pod machine, teapot, kettle...) Living room, 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds (180cm bed possible), 1 shower room, double washbasin, hairdryer, 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Raclette set. Outside: Garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, parasol, cushions, barbecue, large garden and private car park. Toys, beach equipment and towels. Rates per week (excluding electricity (heating) from October to April-May) (Consult the rates by entering your dates of stay on the schedule) Supplements Extra heating (October to April-May) on meter reading on arrival and departure.
