Stay in La Tranche sur Mer, and more particularly on the seafront at the Le RÊVE*** residence, the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. This residence offers direct access to the beach, a heated outdoor swimming pool open from April to the end of October, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking. This new 56m² garden-level flat with sea view sleeps 6. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and dressing room, a second bedroom with two 80cm single beds that can be joined together and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is also a lovely 16m² terrace with furniture, overlooking the residence's garden and facing the swimming pool. Each flat has its own private parking space. Free Wi-Fi access and pets allowed at no extra charge.
