This residence offers direct access to the beach, as well as a heated outdoor swimming pool open from April to the end of October with a paddling pool and jacuzzi, and secure private parking. This new 56m² garden-level flat with sea views sleeps 6. It comprises a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a second bedroom with two 80cm single beds that can be joined together with their dressing room, a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The large bay window in the living room opens onto a 14m² terrace with furniture and sea views. Each flat has its own private parking space. Free Wi-Fi access and pets allowed at no extra charge.
