In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, overlooking the central beach, the Le Rêve residence is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting: direct access to the beach, heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and jacuzzi, secure private parking... This flat, located on the first floor facing the sea, is ideal for 4 to 6 people. It comprises a living room with a sitting area and a sofa that converts into a double bed, and an open-plan kitchen. The living room opens onto a large bay window giving access to a 14m² terrace with its own furniture. There is also a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 80cm single beds that can be joined together, as well as a dressing room for each bedroom. The flat also has a shower room with walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet and a storage room. Free WiFi, pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment available subject to availability.
