Located in the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, opposite the central beach, the Le Rêve residence is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. When you stay at this residence, you'll have direct access to the beach, as well as a heated outdoor relaxation pool (from April to the end of October) with paddling pool and jacuzzi, and secure private parking. This 56 m2 flat on the first floor, facing the sea, can accommodate 4 to 6 people, and offers a magnificent view of the ocean and the Ile de Ré. The apartment comprises a living room with a sofa that converts into a 2-seater bed, and an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. In the sleeping area, you'll find a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and dressing area, and a second bedroom with 2 80cm single beds that can be placed close together, and dressing area. The flat also has a shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine, as well as a separate WC. The bay window in the living room opens onto a large 14m² balcony with outdoor furniture. Free Wi-Fi, pets allowed at no extra charge and baby equipment by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
