In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le Rêve residence is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting: direct access to the beach, heated outdoor swimming pool (from April to October) with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking. This new 58 m² flat is accessible to people with reduced mobility and is located on the first floor of the residence, with a balcony facing the car park side of the residence. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It comprises a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and dressing room, a second bedroom with two 80cm single beds that can be joined together and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is also a 14m² balcony with terrace furniture and a private parking space. Free Wi-Fi access. Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment on request, subject to availability. Paid services on reservation: rental of sheets and towels, cleaning during and at the end of your stay. Ref : APPA R1112
