You'll have direct access to the beach, a heated outdoor pool with paddling pool and jacuzzi, and secure private parking, so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The new 56 m² flat is located on the second and top floor of the residence, offering stunning sea views. It comprises a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, and an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen. The sleeping areas include a first bedroom with a 160cm double bed and dressing room, and a second bedroom with two 80cm single beds that can be placed close together, and also a dressing room. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower, as well as separate WCs and a storeroom. The living room of this bright flat opens onto a large 14m² balcony, complete with terrace furniture.
