Description
In the heart of ten hectares property, stay in the Domaine de l'Amiral, a charming house built in the 15th century and located in a peaceful place between La Tranche sur Mer and Talmont Saint Hilaire. You may enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool, and the flowered garden. This 230m² house combines perfectly the traditional style and modern comfort. The ground floor is composed of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with a king size bed (can be divided in two simple beds) and an en suite shower room. The ground floor has a disabled access. The swimming pool is accessible from the living room. At the first floor : the dormitory room includes 4 simple beds (2 bunk beds, 1 kign size bed divisible in two), a bed room with a king size bed (divisible in two simple beds), a shower room, a family room with a king size bed (divisible in two beds) in one part, ans in the other part : a trundle simple bed adjustable in a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The family room has its own entry. The large garden and its terrace are perfect to enjoy a breakfast in the sun, the barbecue, table football and table tennis are at your disposal. The house is ideal to welcome groups or families! If needed, it is possible to put your bikes and paddleboard car be put in a locked shed. Horses are also welcome in pension in the fields or in the stable.
