Holiday home in the typical district of l'Épine, on the west coast of the island of Noirmoutier. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the salt marshes and just 500 m from the Morin marina and the beaches of La Bosse and Luzéronde. Comprising a living room with kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet. There is an enclosed courtyard of approx. 100m² where you can enjoy the outdoors and have meals on the terrace or under the covered porch. 2 bicycles are available. The location lends itself to numerous bike rides, using the cycle paths that run along the coast through the salt marshes and forest.
