by A35 coming from the North, from Strasbourg exit 12 direction Goxwiller then Gertwiller and in the centre of Gertwiller after the "Pains d'épices" turn right direction BARR after the passage under the railway you arrive at the roundabout you see the restaurant "Au Potin". Our house is next door. by A35 from the South (Colmar) take the exit 13 direction Mittelbergheim, Barr and the road to Sélestat after the level crossing take the first on the right rue de la Promenade and at the roundabout the 3rd exit. You have arrived.

In the centre of Alsace, in the Bas-Rhin wine capital of Barr, our gîte "Chez Michèle et Christian" is 42 km from Colmar. It's the perfect accommodation, ideally placed, for discovering Alsace in all its splendour. You'll be staying 36 km from Strasbourg and 49 km from Rust. On the prestigious Alsace Wine Route, at the foot of the Hohwald and Mont Sainte Odile. Strasbourg international airport is 20 km away. The train station, shops and amenities are close by and easy to get to, as is our holiday rental. We welcome you to our spacious gîte, which has a covered terrace overlooking the garden, with a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs in summer. In this stone-built manor house, our guests have their own private entrance on the south-facing side, under the covered terrace, and free private parking. You will be staying in a 5-room DUPLEX flat measuring 112 m2. The bedrooms are elegantly furnished: The 1st with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, the second with a 160 x 200 cm Queen bed and a 130 x 180 cm sofa bed and the 3rd with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. This flat has a spacious lounge-dining room, a flat-screen TV in the lounge area, 2 WCs and a bathroom with shower. The large, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 5-burner hob and 70-litre pyrolysis oven. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, tools and equipment. Free Wi-Fi available.
