Description

As a family or with friends, let yourself be seduced by this very recent house that can accommodate 8 people. It comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a bright, south-facing main room. You'll love the ground floor bedroom with its private shower room. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. In all, it sleeps three people (160cm) and two people (140cm). Despite being located close to the village and the famous Mine d'Or beach, which you can reach on foot in less than 10 minutes, you will appreciate the peace and quiet of the house and its two terraces, one of which has a bioclimatic pergola. There is a large enclosed plot with private parking. Cot and high chair provided on request. Numerous footpaths, coastal paths and cycle tracks will enable you to discover the commune of Pénestin with its many beaches, sailing school, shops and restaurants, not forgetting its famous market on Wednesdays and Sundays in high season. A little further on, you'll reach Vannes and the Golfe du Morbihan on one side, and Guérande, its peninsula and the Brière on the other. Fares for 2026 : - High season (July and August): €1250 per week or €2250 per fortnight (i.e. €1125 per week). - Other periods: €750 per week (can be rented from Sunday to Sunday). Reservations can only be made directly with the owner by telephone. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
