Description

This spacious, fully renovated house is perfectly equipped for a family. Ideally located 300 m from the beach and port of Lesconil. It's an ideal location for visiting the Pays Bigouden. Don't miss the port of Guilvinec, known as France's 1st artisanal fishing port, the Eckmühl lighthouse in Penmarc'h, nestling 60 m above sea level, and for surf enthusiasts, the legendary spot of La Torche. House adjoining the garage (not overlooked) sleeps 6: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 80cm beds (160cm bed possible). Shower room with walk-in shower. Utility room. Separate WC. First floor: open-plan fitted kitchen (combined freezer/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), living room, 1 master suite with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, Wifi internet access, washing machine. Bed linen provided, cot on request with bath and changing mat.
