In Saint Jean de Monts, ideally situated at the end of a forest lane overlooking the national forest, this 1930s holiday home has retained all its charm. A large enclosed garden with a pergola means you can enjoy your meals outside. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and the other with a single bed (140cm), a shower room and separate toilet. The shower room and toilet were completely refurbished in spring 2023. The kitchen leads to a terrace at the rear of the house, with a ground-floor bedroom with two 100cm beds. Baby equipment (high chair, bath, cot with mattress and sheets) available. Ideal for a peaceful holiday. Saint Jean de Monts market is a 10-minute walk away. Access to the beach through the national forest.
