Description

It is in a typical village of La Hague, not far from the remarkable dune site of Biville, that Linda and Frédéric chose to renovate this charming semi-detached house of 53 m2 in 2018 (ideally located at the entrance to the peninsula of La Hague, close to the GR223). Beach, water sports, hiking, the Planétarium Ludiver Observatory, the Cité de la Mer, Ferme du Tourp, castles and gardens. . . there are plenty of activities nearby! On the ground floor of the Logis des Dunes: living room with kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Dolce Gusto. . . ) and living room (sofa bed for 2 people, TV, game console). On the 1st floor: a room (12m2) with bed 160, storage and TV, a bathroom, separate toilets. On the 2nd floor: another room with 2 beds of 90, storage and desk. Outside: Laundry with washing machine. Private garden (common entrance to the garden to several tenants) with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking space in front of the gite. Garage for motorcycle, bicycle or trailer. Services: Baby equipment on request (folding bed with mattress, nomadic chair). 2 adult VTC on request. Possibility to rent sheets (15€ for 2 places and 10€ for single beds) and towels (10€/person). Cleaning service (60€). Electricity extra. Tourist tax in addition.
