In mid season the weekly rate is 990€ and in low season 790€ Detached single storey house for 4 people. Located in Lussas at the foot of the Coiron plateau, come and stay in Ardétente, the ideal place to take a break during your vacation. The owners offer you a smooth stay devoted to relaxation, rest, in the heart of nature to finc serenity, well-being and a return to oneself. Discretion and respect for everyone’s privacy are values they uphold on a daily basis. This is the reason why this area is not suitable for the reception of children and adolescents. You have a large living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge area, a hallway leading to the 2 bedrooms each equipped with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you have several terraces equipped with table and chairs or garden furniture as well as a barbecue. The swimming pool and the SPA are free access during the day and shared with another rental of 4 people. After 9 p.m. possibility of privatizing the SPA The rental is air conditioned, wifi connection, All inclusive price (Sheets, towels and beach towels, cleaning)

The estate is located above a charming little village. The centre of the village is 1,200 metres away and has a bakery, post office, tobacconist, two cafés and restaurants, as well as local fruit, vegetable and goat's cheese producers. Our neighbourhood is residential and our individual gîtes are set in 3500m2 of land. Behind the estate you'll find a number of signposted footpaths. They can take you to the Mias dolmen, the Louyre valley climbing site or Saint Laurent sous Coiron, the highest perched village in the area. Close to the estate, come and discover the Gallo-Roman oppidum at Jastres, a local heritage site. We enjoy hiking, running and cycling. We have designed this estate to offer our guests a break, a chance to let go and recharge their batteries during their stay and discover our beautiful region and its culinary, cultural and sporting specialities.
