In an old manor house, the cottage offers calm and rest in a rich and varied natural environment. Ideally located 30 km from Mont Saint-Michel,Saint Malo and Dinan, the cottage is located in the comune of Dol de Bretagne, a small town of character known for its famous Saint Samson cathedral. In a magnificent green setting, this character cottage is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with open equipped kitchen, dining area and living room-internet access. -an independant bedroom with 140 cm bed, TV and DVD player and adjoining bathroom with shower and wc. Upstairs - a second bedroom with 160 cm bed and adjoining with shower and washing machine at your disposal. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture is located in front of the house. you can also enjoy the second terrace at the back with garden furniture and barbecue, overlloking the large common wooded park and with a view of the surrounding countryside. Private parking on the property. Independant gîte adjoining the owners'house. A room is at your disposal to shelter bicycles.
